Card Verification prb in paypal help me out

Hello to all.

I am facing a problem in paypal in adding a credit/debit card.

Basically i am from (AP) INDIA. i dont have a credit card.

But i hold a debit card of Visa, Visa Electron Of ICICI bank. But it is not accepting can i know why this is happening to me.

I am badly need of this card verification can i know whats the method to get verified my acount.

Please any of the members help me out in this matter.

You have to apply for credit card to get verfiy yourself at paypal because debit cards not works (though it has visa logo) with paypal verification process. And i think if you have 20k FD with ICICI Bank then its easy for you to get credit card from them. (I heard this in this forum - find out that thread).

You can apply for a CC...but if you dont want to..then get a
gCard or any Virtual Credit Card

The only way to get verified. I have added my CC and waiting for the statement so that I can enter the expandd 4 digit use number!

According to https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/gen/team-outside they don't have a CEO but they do have a President. You'd think you'd know your friend's job title, especially when he has such an elevated position.
