Limited Access - PayPal

Recently my PayPal account got limited..

IT requires a utility bill, A credit Card and the expanded use number

I have added the credit card and waiting for my expanded use number to come out with the statement..

But the problem is that what should I send as Utility bill?

I am from India - Madhya Pradesh - Gwalior

So if possible...please tell me the cost also!

you will have to forget that account

you should send a bill of the electricity or anything that has your address in it so that they can proof that thats you real address.. My accoun got limited yesterday.. still doing the processes because i have to fax a cover sheet etc..

User that's what I had to do to my account.

Mine got limited to see if I pay taxes and I sent everything including the fax of my drivers lience I am just waiting for it to be unlocked. I have $275 dollars in there I can't take out =/

I just emailed everything.. I scanned a photo ID and a bill to proof my address and thats all.. I am waiting for them to verify my info and get my account unlocked. I have $1785 dollars in paypal and i am loosing money because i cannot recieve money until they unlock my account.

I believe he is referring to his Paypal account. He is residing in Vietnam and he got a virtual address and credit card in the US to verify his Paypal account as he signed up for a US Paypal account.

i once had a limited account but i had the option to withdraw just had to add a bank account even when i did i was still limited but i got my money out paypal end up closing that account

I have a few hundres dollars in it!

If they are satisfied with what you submitted, your account would be placed back as active otherwise it could be locked up.

I think you really need to come clean about your account with Paypal and tell them where you really are and how you got your account set up or else it would be every few months you get to play cat and mouse with them and the future of your account will always be uncertain and you need to look behind your back every few steps.

The cover sheet can be printed by logging into your paypal account. Don't fax your bill without the cover sheet as the bar code on the coversheet is what identifies the bill as belonging to your account. If all goes well they will review the bill & remove the limited account access thereafter.

You can scan all the required files and then send it by email.. if you do not have access to a fax..

Any utility bill (water, electricity, cable, phone bills and etc)that states your address you've provided when you signed-up for the account. It will be then reviewed by paypal representative and will ask for few documents if your submitted documents is insufficient.

No I dint met up this step. I added a CC and waiting for m statement to come which has expanded use number...

No it's not necessary but it may perhaps be helpful if you write "attached is my X (electricity, phone, whatever) utility bill".

It's best to fill up every info they needed because paypal representative screen your account and for faster processing of your request you will need to complete information on the form. Always provide complete information so that the processing of your account restriction will be lifted fast without hassles.
