What account type Personal/Premier

I am using a Premium account for all my link directories but I fell they charge more than (3.5%+$0.30). I am thinking of switching to a personal account. How can i do that. Also what is the limit for a personal account.
Please tell me what account type you use.

if you change to person account, you may have problem to accept credit card payment. you may try to use paypal micropayments, which will charge you 5 cents per transaction + 5%, that is better way to accept the amount under $12 dollars

Yup,someone pays you with their credit card or debit card that personal account couldn't receive.

yeah...personal a/c has limit of CC payments that you can receive.

I guess ~4% is the expense that you can bear when you run a business...

Why not have both?It's allowed (https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_help-ext&nodeid=25855&leafid=1403&prior_transaction_id=65016&answer_id=16777216) to have one personal account and one premier/business account.
