I know what a premium domain is but I would like to know if this one is. I'm having trouble deciding.

it is worth about $5, is that premium to you?
I really don't see value in it.

Well modding is a big part in gaming. Its like making maps, models, stuff like that.

I certainly am no expert - but the DN itself doesn't seem to be catchy or that marketable. But, as a developed site perhaps it could be of value.

The DN itself - I would not say it is premium. When I think premium, I think, cameras.com, optionsstragies.com, etc. Obvious generic terms or actions.
