Affiliate programs like Mediaplazza for mobile?

Anyone know of other programs similar to Mediaplazza for mobile content? I've heard they get low conversion (this is just what I've heard -- I don't know if it's true -- anyone know of other programs? I want to pick and choose content rather than use an off the shelf site. Thanks.
