have to install alexa toolbar every few days cuz gets screwed

every few days my alexa tooblar goes blank with just a toolbar frame with 0 data in it...
then i have to install it again and it becomes fine

is this happeneing to other ppl?

The reason may be your anti-virus/spyware is blocking it. please check your anti-virus/spyware settings.

Alexa rank reflects the reputation of a website .... that's why i use it. they have millions of users so you can't say it "useless".

TRUTH ABOUT ALEXA it's results can be manipulated but only under 100K. As the ranking rises up accuracy also increases relatively.
