Wondering if anyone could recommend any scripts so that I can limit bandwidth to users.

I'd like something free and preferably in PHP. A logon Member sign-up thing would be great!

It would be hard to do it with a script I think... Your better option would be to do it at the hardware/server level.

I saw something on a site which I'd like to replicate, but I can't show you the link here because it's soft pron haha. But it works well, asks for member signup and then limits the user to daily bandwith of 15mb. PRetty clever and in PHP.
