I have submitted my site approximately 6 weeks ago, and not one search engine has picked it up yet. I don't have much in regards to link popularity or PR, but it is completely html 4.01 valid, and i think I did a good job with optimization. Your input is helpful, thanks.

Site should be spidered now from you signature link. I never submit site to search engines anyore. Hopefully signature will get ball running. Now off to view site.

If I go to look at site that says wedding catering I want to be able to see beautifully appointed tables with georgous cakes.

Large font with small font for links also distracting to me.

Good luck with site.

You have one link and it's to an under construction page. That is not how you bring a site out of the gate.

You know your services better then anyone else. However, I only know that you are a caterer in AZ. Tell us more on the front page. Lose the link to the non existant reviews for now.

The page looks good, now use it to make your service sound good.

What do you mean "one link?"

There are about 5 or so links there, and all but one (the testimonials page) have content.

thanks for the help!

Well I went back and looked. Those links were not apparent to me. The page looks like it is formatted like a letter and that was part of the company info. I totally ignored it.
