Hi there recommendations look good, I have allot of work on my hands and recently called back in to the Skoda website team to carry out more work so will be needing extra outsourced help.

There are a few things that concern me and would help that you could clear them up, could be alto of money/work involved so need to make sure you will be write for the job.

1. First who am I working with? (I get this problem with many designers they refer to themselves as we on there sites/portfolio but its only one person.) On here you say I but on the site you say we. You work alone or in a team? (you will see why i ask this in time ;) )

2. In the nicest possible way some of your designs look bland, but I like your logo work would you be able to do logo work and I do the rest of the design?

3. After the design is complete could you code fully complaint the pages for me in XHTML and CSS, I no on your site you say you code in CSS but both yours and all the sites in your portfolio don't use CSS (all the layout is in tables, looks straight out of WYSIWYG) this is a must for my projects an sites! There are also errors all over the sites in your portfolio I will need them to be W3C compliant. Can you do complaint XHTML and CSS?

4. Can you fully understand and type English? Your language in posts and on your sites look good but all the sites I need doing will be in English, will this be a problem?

Hey DigitalPoint,

I thought I'd take the time to register and inform you that, 'creationz' the thread starter, was recently caught selling ripped designs on his portfolio website. The person who noticed the rips posted on another forum, talkfreelance.com/showthread.php?t=46242 , where i and others commented on how most of the designs on there where ripped. 2 of the design he had for sale, where mine. He has now taken the page down with the designs on, but i have yet to hear an explanation.

Upon looking at his recent topics start on this forum, i have come across this thread: forums.digitalpoint.com/showpost.php?p=3716199&postcount=6 '

The '4) General Blog' is proof on these forums that he has ripped designs, as its the same as one of my designs. Which can be found here, 2visuals.com/Portfolio/_Blogvisual/index.html .

I would take extreme caution when purchasing items from this seller. I hope i have saved a few of you from buying stolen designs.

Hi there

That was a result of a good for nothing designer that i had appointed LOCALLY
i had given him some amount of freedom
i had no idea he had misused it till that member in TF had informed me through post.......

i myself was very worked up with some computer problems , then health problems and have not been able to look into all the work that he submitted
my mistake.... he was a friend and thought would be trust worthy
did not know he will try to pull one over me.......

the concerned designer has been thrown out and the templates have been taken out as soon as i found out...

so please consider this issue closed.
i really dont want to give any more explanation since already i feel very stupid for trusting someone

my apologies to BEN.....
i will make sure that such a situation does not occur again...........

others... please do not judge me on the basis on this.......
i have been very honest in my dealings.....
all my client know that.......
i will continue to do so...
