Exporting Info

I need to export billing cycle information. I need to include the username and unit price. I've gotten the billing cycle information and the pricing to export using the "Billing Cycle Data" export, but the "Login" field that is available is blank.

Any ideas? I'm trying to find out how many customers have a specific product, what they are paying, so that I can import it into another application to determine how a price change will effect our bottom line. I can create the found set, but there are too many people to manually go through the list and add them up...

Try exporting the 'cBilling Cycle Login' field.

That will work, or you can get it right from the source via the Billing Cycle Customers relationship with the Billing Cycle Customer::Login field. The "login" field in the line items table is a temporary table used to link up to customers when you import billing cycles, so it will almost always be blank.
