Not with only two ad units per page on the first two and only one on the thrid. Relevance and usefulness are subjective.
If they are being promoted by spam then maybe.

I probably would. I tried 2 'listings' from the personal moans one and both failed to redirect so it's useless, it's not something you can't get elsewhere so I guess it's not meant for real visitors hence spam.
But that's based on a real short review.
MyGo is just a search engine. But they should exclude the search results from indexing if they were a real search engine.
The top one is blatant spam since it has no references to any other part of the site and has these spammy search terms at the bottom and some database error at the top.

Well I can agree with your assement, but SPAM to me is something unsolicited.
If this is found during a search, it's not SPAM.
It's not content though from your assesment, so....
We need to coin a cool phrase, like "adsenseless".

SPAM indeed isn't the right term, it's too confusing. Webcrap or something would be more appropriate.
Some people find SPAM useful since they buy from SPAM mails, however stupid they are. So usefulness might not even be a factor either. I guess it's all personal perception. But apart from the Search Engine one, I think it's blatant crap.
But I'm not blaming the webmaster. They can do what they want. If a search engine decides to include it in their index then they are to blame for it showing, not the webmaster.

I wouldn't say SPAM, but I would label them spammy. I know it's semantics.
I think the real issue though was you were asking if the sites looked created just to drive traffic and don't offer any real value to the user. I would say yes.

I think "webcrap" is the most relevant name I've heard in a long time. I vote for that ;)

SPAM, in it's dictionary meaning, means unsolicited commercial (or not) messages, delivered to one or more adresses (email, phone, post mail, etc) that you OWN.
Search engine and website SPAM, is what we webmasters have began to know from a while now. It's not (indeed) the real meaning of SPAM, but it's what we call it, and we are getting confortable with this, so it seems.
In general words, it's not exactly as it sounds, but we all know what it is. (confusing right ? ;) )
There can be :
keyword density spam,
hidden keywords spam,
clocking spam,
etc.
1. http://www.attorneyaustin123.com/search_eBay.html
Obvisously SPAM.
2. http://personal-moans.ultim8uk.co.uk/
SPAM. If you will notice, in the center row, only the first link has a clean link . THat's :
Personal Loans
Personal Loans UK Secured Loans for UK - CCJ / Bad Credit Homeowner Loans
a speciality. ... Personal Loans UK Secured Loans & Mortgages. ...
http://www.personal-loans-uk-secured-loans.co.uk/
All the rest have redirect.php?url= bla bla... That tells something.
In the right column you have a subdomain for every search ? Come onnn :)
3. http://www.mygo.com/l/search/ebay-buying-selling
This is not SPAM. It's a search , from a real search engine, with no real catches. That's what i quickly see. Maybe i';m wrong

Why would a real search engine store their searches so that those searches would later come up in other web searches?

Google's Spam Report page (http://www.google.com/contact/spamreport.html) lists the following type of spam sites:
Hidden text or links
Misleading or repeated words
Page does not match Google's description
Cloaked page
Deceptive redirects
Doorway pages
Duplicate site or pages
Other (specify)
I was surprised to not see scraper sites listed.
