Property websites

Hi,

I have one PR3 overseas property website and a directory of 8 U.K. regional sites that I need to work on and therefore welcome any feedback to improve them and consequently get them up the rankings. Ideally I would like to change the format of the U.K. if possible as they are currently being wasted. I was thinking of perhaps finding suitable software to use to give an indicator of actual property prices in a particular road followed up by passsing the enquiry on to an Estate Agent. I have have seen this done in the U.S. whereby the website is simply a lead generation website !

On the simply-properties.com site I am going to allow property agents anywhere in the world to list their properties in return for a small commission payable up on any sale. There will be be no payment to be made whatsoever and therefore they cannot really lose ? Naturally they will not be allowed to display their contact details as they are currently doing.

As a director of a real estate company I would have to say I probably wouldn't advertise on your site. Think the text at the top looks a bit amateur ish. That aside nothing really grabbed my interest. Only one small pic of a featured property. No indication of how much traffic there is. So would only be paying for a link as far as I can see and your site would need a much higher pr rank before I'd pay the prices you ask. But those are just my reasons.
