Hi guys,
I want to make it so that on this page:
http://www.activesleep.com/news.html

Every time i click on the titles, the feed comes up for it. So if someone clicked on "business", it would load the feed beneath it?
How do I do this?

Try this:
http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex17/tabcontent.htm

You can load each of your rss scripts into a division, and then the script will display the feed when you click on the appropriate link.

It will probably take some messing around with, but I think it will do what you are looking for.
