Have you thought about using a different color for links so that they stand out from the rest of the text?

Besides that, the layout looks kind of boring to me. There's no real header to make your website unique and your color scheme is too bland. It's good as a backbone of a website, but try to build on it.

ok start, try using some borders, cellpadding, cellspacing, and color. on a scale 0-10 i say 6.5
