Google Image Labeler - any good for SEO?

Google Sitemaps has the "Enhanced Image Search" feature, which uses the Google Image Labeler (http://images.google.com/imagelabeler/) to "enhance search for images contained in your site". That makes me wonder if it can help to rank images from my site in the Google image search, or if enabling it has any benefit at all...

Anyone has experience with this?
