Drop down menu on mouse hover?

Hey guys! I'm working on adding content to an existing layout that doesn't allow any space for more menu selections, so I'm looking for a solution.

Each individual game covered by the site has this same intro page, with a short menu appearing next to the game logo. I need the last link in that menu box to drop a menu when the mouse cursor hovers over it.

This will obviously allow me to add and link to an unlimited amount of game-specific content.

Any ideas on how to code something like this?
