wanted to start an rss feed on my forum and really dont know where to start. any ideas?

Do guys want to syndicate the content from your forum? Or to add feeds into it to jazz it up? I can help with the latter...

How do you do it for Vbulletin ?vBulletin Admin Control Panel>> vBulletin Options >> External Data Provider>> Enable RSS Syndication/ Enable XML Syndication
