Do members have feedback on the best link building tools to use?

After a bit of research, I've found the following software that is supposed to help. Any opinions or other suggestions?

Roboform - to help fill out forms for manual requests
Zeus
Linkcapture
Arelis
Xenu
Linkmachine.net

For outsourcing, any opinions on reputable companies that take over the legwork of building links?
