I am just wondering from everyones past experience what is better to use in your adwords campaigns when promoting azoogle affiliate programs. would it be better to use just the "search network" option or "Content network" or both?

I heard when using "Content Network" it is just a waste of money and dont convert well. I would try it but I dont have alot of money to waste. I'm new to adwords marketing btw.

Search is better but if you can get the right offer and ad you can MAKE a killing with content.

Yeah some offers you can get dirt cheap traffic that converts on content. You just have to expirement and see what works.

I have no luck on the content network.. maybe its just me. Just make sure you LOG EVERYTHING and if 1 domain converts better for you then sitetarget that puppy!

Search network works for me.. content network doesn't do good at all for my offers unless I target a certain website.

Don't completely write off the content network. It takes a lot more work and testing, but there are some conversions to be found in there. Of course it all depends on the offer you are promoting.

Yeah it helps if you had the unfortunate pleasure to find some really low paying niches on your own websites. Turn that around and you have a low-cost traffic source.

Ive noticed search converts better but its more expensive ofc.

I turned off content network due to really becoming expensive and no conversions. It just makes it more challenging to find enough keywords and phrases that deliver impressions on search. But I guess that is the real art of PPC advertising.

Shoemoney, I know you log everything. May I ask how you do this? Just apache logs or what? I would really like to take advantage of logging.

Thanks for the tip! I got my Azoogle account in July. I will just now be putting it to decent use. I'd love to take advange of logging and keyword lists.
