Hello all,

As you know, there are some services which let people to check site names hosted on a server. Is there a way to prevent this? I don't want that people can see which sites I have on my server.

OS: Linux redhat

you can use dedicated IP - one ip for each server btw
this services are reverse ip tools, available for example, on whois.sc for small fee, or for free membership. Have used it some time

Its all in the whois info, so that would not be easy.

Since every domain must point to an IP, and IP's are registered to servers, and IP's must be public, and people can reverse by IP... I don't see how that'd be possible. Even if you register a domain by proxy, you may not know the owner but you could still find other sites hosted on the same box (or VPS account).

And one thing, I use my dedicated company's nameservers and not my own. This may help about something?
There should be a solution for this..

Suppose that I use a different ip for each domains (yes I have 5-6 different ip address, but they are reserved for SSL, nameservers etc. and I think it's not legal to use them for domains, as the dedicated server company ask why you want to use these ips), then as the mailserver should be single for a server, people may notice my main ip from an email sent over my domains. Am I wrong?

you pay for dedicated ip and could buy from range
if you want to hide your ip, you can use chiniese servers for example :) or other illegal methods, which spammers use :)
but explain, why do you need to hide your server information? something value is there? or just a phobia&

Well, in reality there is no serious reason to hide domains on the server, but if possible, why not :)
