Web Security.fp5

Hi,

I installed and configured the web interface recently on a server. The problem I am having is web security.fp5 does not open when you open optigold isp. I can manually goto file->open->web security.fp5 and the web interface works fine. I would like this to happen automatically incase the server gets restarted while I an away. Any suggestions on this?

Are you logging in as your web server "employee"?

I am using the same user name and password that was used on the old web server. I have not made any changes to the users since the server upgrade has happened. I am able to log into the old web server with the same user name and password and it works fine. Just in case where do I look to find out if the user still has web server employee. When I have to manually open the web security.fp5 I am logged in as the old web server user. It seems like something simple since it does work if opened manually. I have tried to configure web security.fp5 to open automatically using scriptmaker but I did not have much luck. Any suggestions?

You can set the path of the web security database under Maintenance & Preferences -> Web Interface Setup

Also, check the automated mode of the employee under Maintenance & Preferences -> Edit Employees
