This animated demo (http://www.visitorville.com/flash-firetruck.html) cracks me up. Firetruck brings visitor to your 'building' (web page) and you can follow them and get all sorts of interesting data from their 'passport'. Then they leave the building and get a taxi :D Check it out!

I did try this out a while ago. It is sort of fun. You can play the last tracking period in fast forward and watch all the little people whizzing round your town, buildings grow or shrink, lights go on and off ... pity that the actual stats provided are so thin.

At the time, I tried the demo the only referral links provided were from SE´s. Maybe they´ve got that sorted by now.

They should make it into a chat room where you get your mates to search for your site on Google, enter and chat on your site while you see it in the software :D

With that horrible sound from Sim City 2000 :) I guess internal linking could be visualized with roads and railway.

A bit scared to see referer spam though. You might get naked visitors with rock solid hard-ons running around scaring the others away :D

Can you assign certain IPs to be special characters. Maybe your competition so you recognize them every time they come in ;)

I did in fact use this for about a month but, as yfs1 suggests, it is a major productivity killer - I already viewed my stats too much and this made it 10 times worse. It does look good though :)

Yeah that would be cool. Then we can all download it and get DP's license so we can see eachother run around DP and upload our little animated boys and girl in our profile LOL.
