Hello All:
We just launched a minor project called TastyFonts - http://www.tastyfonts.com/
We would appreciate any feedback you may have on the design or the concept.
It was just launched yesterday, so it is very much in its beta format.
Thanks for your time.

You may want to contact Google and inquiry as to whether or not your ad unit at the top of the page is in violation of TOS. It looks very nice, but they might not approve of it.

Thanks for that feedback...... which one are you talking about exactly? If it is the one in the header, why would this violate their TOS?

I'm just thinking that it might because you've basically incorporated it into an image...I may be way off, just don't want you to get burned ;)

I doubt they will no, but as Tyler said contact them as it can hurt getting kicked for something like that :). As far as the design, I like it. Nice colors, except orange on the purple as far as the boxs are concerned looks slighty off :-|. Certainly book marked. Good job.

wasabiventures, I would personally appreciate it if you posted their response on this thread. If they're ok with it, I think that's a great layout! I find it much more appealing than sticking thumbnails next to the ads.

And plus how I see it is the thumbnails are trying to show the links as content, the font site is not.

Exactly, there was another thread that had a related design (however, it's a full image):

If one of these is in violation, I would definitely think that it's the scroll. I could see the TastyFonts ad approach becoming quite popular...
