Vary Anchor texts
Vary target pages
Links from relevant, busy, authority, unique domains
Try and build links as if search engines didnt exist (or you got kicked out).
Build up slowly, use permenant links.

This is the co-op network (gitalpoint.com/tools/ad-network/?s=616).

It is designed as a network that is based on the premise of give a link, take a link. You basically rent out ad space to the network on your site and in turn get weight based on your PR and amount of pages listed in Google. Your weight can be divided up over any given number of advertisements with varying anchor text.
