I've been keeping to myself for a while but just out of the shear frustration of searching to no avail (There seems to be a lot more spam and Ads pretending to be reviews then there is actual information out there). I have to post this question.

I want to know who you guys use for a PHP Host

Here is what my programer said he needs:

1) PHP (preferably verion greater than 4.3.0 because of the increased security), Mysql, Apache
2) Mod_rewrite (installed as an apache module on the webserver).
3) gd library (php module)
3) SMTP/POP mail accounts
4) No database storage limitations or at least large storage limitations

I have about a $50 a month budget
Anything else for SEO that I may need that you guys can think of.

Thanks for helping

With your budget I'll try to get a reseller account at least, this way you can host multiple websites.

What do you want for your money in storage and BW? How many Domains and databases? Dedicated, shared, virtual, or regular hosting?

1 domain and 1 database : I reposted since the last 2 posts with what the programmer exactly asked for : Copy paste is great :p

You should be able to get hosting under $10 USD.

I use ServerPlex (http://www.serverplex.com/), they have an eight dollar special on the front page. The 24/7 live support is great.

Good luck.

Wow $10! I guess I'm just use to the high Coldfusion hosting charges

I noticed it was Linux will that work for his Apache requirement?

The site in my signature is great... I would appreciate the referral if you decided to use them.
