This is so cool.. now I dont have to pay $5-7 for check encashing from my bank. Just before few seconds, I received my second check for adsense and thats in local currency. Thats something good news today.. wow!!
Anybody received the March month's check and encashed it?
The funny thing is, my first adsense check is not cleared yet, but it seems the second check will overtake the first one ;)

Nope, right now I am in India, so I asked for INR checks. I think you are also from the same land.

So Maverick are you originally from the US? Your writing says you are, but maybe you just lived here long enough?

well, well, well.... lotta discussions about where I live :p ...
so let me tell all you friends...
I m in India right now, lived in Manhattan, NYC for a while (I guess that time only I came to know about this forum too)... well educated... yeah I can say yeah I am.. I am engineer and work with a good company in India as analyst...
I am actually still in my 20s and still have my passions & hobbies live... These checks and all dont pay me much, but give a very good feeling of something which really works for me where I spend a good time... so these small small checks make me happy... and give me extra money to put in the stocks.. :D

The cheque was enchased in one of the Centralized Govt Bank! and still it was chased within 3 days!
What If had an account in ICICI or CIty Bank or HDFC? would have been much more earlier in Citybank as Google sends CityBank Cheque!

Don't you just love the exchange rate?
1USD = 43.5 INR
I live in Canada, and I am also happy with the conversion rate, but you must be thrilled:cool:
