Let me go ahead and answer a few questions here:

1) There is no billing company. The videos are sponsored by ZangoCash (http://www.zangocash.com/?ref_id=4996) and are free to play.

2) I use reflected.net for my hosting. You are welcomed to use the host of your choice.

3) There is no BIN right now. I may set one later.

4) In regards to 2257, the videos are actually hosted by ZangoCash (http://www.zangocash.com/?ref_id=4996). I assume, they have the 2257 documentation. I just sent them an email inquiring. I'll post their reply, but I don't know if I will hear anything back until next week.

ZangoCash is their affiliate program. They have both adult and non-adult videos and software. You may be thinking about Zango.com which features a portion of their mainstream (non adult) content.
