Strange PR

The problem was before last update, not now, just curious to know what's the possible reason.

website http://www.vokaboly.de is PR 4, but keyword tracker tool always displayed as 0.

You may have to specify language preference for two to match. Think API pulls from one of the main datacenters in US. If you are not hosting in US you may need to specify a different language preference.

Actually, it shows a PR3 for me when I add it to the back links section. One thing to keep in mind is unless your back link numbers change, the PageRank values will not get updated.

The problem only existed before the last update. I should ask this question earlier.

PR 3 is after the recent update. it was PR 4 for a long time. Actually I added several links last month(include a PR 6), but the PR dropped, I'm sure I didn't lose any old links. after the recent update, PR are identical with Google toobar and your keyword tracker tool.

The PageRank tracking was an after-thought. It's primarily a back link tracker. So yes, it was done because there are so many queries going on already, no need to multiply that out...
