Now Yahoo's testing out what Google AdSense just started.

Yahoo to Test Search-Based Banner Ads (http://www.eweek.com/article2/0,1759,1790369,00.asp)


A Yahoo Inc. spokeswoman confirmed this week that the company's search-marketing division, formerly known as Overture Services, plans to start testing graphical banner ads displayed based on their relevancy to a Web page's content in the next few weeks.

Is it just me, or does Yahoo and MSN follow in every single footstep of Google...

Why not let them spend the money on R&D. Seems pretty slick to me!

I think first to market tends to be worth more. There is a long way to go in contextual advertising and I think Y! + MSN are now coming up to speed.
