Problem Using Flash in HTML

I am facing this problem for quiet a while. Whenever i integrate any Flash object in an HTML file a sort of boundary appears around Flash object. For example check www.kadimitool.com in IE.

It will be great help if somebody helps me out and provides a solution for same.
