...but luckily Google emailed me.

Hello ******,

Thank you for signing up to beta test payments via Electronic Funds
Transfer.

In order to limit the possibility of an error occurring with your EFT, we
run the bank information you've submitted through an account validation
prior to payment to determine whether an error is likely to occur. Based
on this validation, we've determined that your bank information may be
invalid and your EFT would not be successful. We
found that the information you submitted had this issue:

-- Invalid account number: You may have made an error when inputting your
account number.
-- Invalid bank information: An error is present in the bank-specific
information, you provided

Due to this issue, your form of payment has been changed to local
currency cheques to increase the likelihood of your payment processing
correctly. If you'd still like to receive payments by EFT, you'll need to
re-enter your banking information within your publisher account before the
15th of the month in which you wish to be paid by EFT. Please keep in mind
that EFT payments are in beta, and an error may still occur if you choose
this form of payment.

Please note that for security reasons, we're unable to provide the
specific information that you originally submitted on your EFT sign-up
form, nor will you be able to view the information in your AdSense
account. Please check with your bank to obtain the necessary information.
If you are located in Europe, be sure to provide your
domestic banking information rather than an IBAN number, as we are
performing domestic bank transfers.

Nice to know they email you incase you screwed up like me. Although since it is passed the 15th, I have to wait until next month to get EFT.

So if you think you entered it wrong like a few people were worried about, they will post likely of emailed you if there was a problem.

Make sure the numbers match the numbers on your checkbook.

WRONG!
In my case anyway.

The example shows -
Routing Number - Account Number - Check Number

My bank is Bank of America.
MY CHECKS are -
Routing Number - Check Number - Account Number
which means that the Google example is DEAD WRONG for the B. of A.

I emailed G about it - no response.
The Bank of America is pretty big - G needs to fix their example.
One example does NOT fit all!

If you send me your bank account info, I can make a test withdrawal and that would prove you are right and they are wrong for sure.
