just wondering whats the best way to get visits from more countries like this

What is the theme of your site? To get traffic from many countries, you have to offer content that is of interest to people in many countries. You should also check what is your site's ranking in the search engines of those countries. Do not forget that search engines are now offering localized results, based on the IP of the searcher.

It may also help to localize the language to better target the country/countries you're after. That should also help with your rankings for those countries.
