Export Question

I'm wanting to export my customer list of email addresses, but only the primary ones, or if they have a override email address, to get that. How do I go about doing this? In the export function, I didn't see an email address in the export customer and export email seems to export all email addresses.

From the customer table, export cEmail Address.
