Anyone outside United state received their azoogle check?

I have been doing affiliate marketing via azoogle ad and wondering if anyone outside united state have received their azoogle check? If that is the case, what kind of tax info you send them since I cannot fill the W9 form since I am not United state citizen.

yes, I received 3 checks. I haven't submitted any tax info to them.
I think you should contact your aff manager, she should answer this :)

You dont need to do any tax info. Only US citizens have to provide that.

Ya, I am still waiting email from my affiliate manager. But inside the login menu, there is no interface to key in your preference of payment, there is also no interface on when will the payment be made what so ever so I get confused

yes i recieved my first check with no problem. Although i had to send my id via mail to get it.

I live in Canada. They only asked for a photocopy of my social insurance number. Sent it and got paid with no problems. Well, they missed 1 check but I received it within a day when I informed them about it. :)

Did you send your SIN# to the Markham office? Was it via fax or mail? I'm also from Canada and figured that I should take care of this before it becomes an issue.
