As I never before had to deal directly with a blatant TM infringement and a fake product page on any SE here is the question?

What is the fastest way to eliminate an obviously fake product that also is a TM infringement from G Y and others?

As this is in the natural health area I'm concerned that this could be potentially harmfull - this is why I'm looking to accelerate the "normal" way.....

Thanks

Not via the SE's. Takes too long and all history will only be gone after a full index update. Do a whois lookup and get the host to remove it. Also email a smart letter threatening with this that and the other if it is still there in 24hrs.

If your after examples of a smart letter try a Google search for 'cease and desist letters'.
