Started a new blog, how long before it shows?

For the heck of it, I started a new blog on blogger. It's not like it's any great earth shattering explosive thriller, just a blog about nothing, kinda like sienfeld. I'm just curious if anyone knows how long it usually takes before it will be indexed? It's been up for about a week and G does not yet have it indexed.

I'd say a week or two. But I'm just guessing. It all depends on how google is working that week. I've posted stuff that hasn't shown in google for three weeks! Others seem to pop-up in less than a week. What's the link? Maybe posting it here, and us visiting, may help it get indexed faster. ;)
