How old your site is?
If it is new one then it can take time for yahoo to index and show your pages in its index. So you should wait for it.

Usually yahoo is slower than google. But it will come to index your pages eventually.

Yahoo favors keyword density
MSN favors fresh content
Google favors Page Rank

I also felt that google will take lesser time to index your pages compare to yahoo..
so wait for some more time..

http://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/ Search your site, and after you login you should be able to submit a sitemap.

Yahoo has found 30 backlinks (from like 5 different sites however) to my website, yet they still have not indexed it :(

Generally yahoo need quality content. More than that it takes some times to index your site. so be patient for sometime.

I guess yahoo will be able to index your site more if you can submit a sitemap to Yahoo.

With Yahoo dumping off their search team to Microsoft early next year I would focus more on Bing. Yahoo will definitely modify the results but why focus on a search engine that's going to be shifting in a few months?

Just a thought.:)
