exporting flips results

Maybe this has been addressed, but I couldn't find it...
when I export my results, the positive and negative serp changes get flipped. so an improvment of 44 shows up as -44. I would say that's logical, because the numbers are getting smaller, but on the web app, the numbers go the other way...

Can you have another look at the exporting of results. The results are flipped again. Improvements showing as negatives.

First off, I love the Keyword Tracker. It saves a ton of time and effort and has been great so far.

However, I'm now seeing this problem too - when exported the daily/weekly change numbers are opposite of what they are online - any chance it can be corrected?

Right now I'm going in and editing the cells once its in Excel but with all 3 engines, 150 keywords and growing, it's a lot of work!
