How to submit website to yahoo search engine?

I have these two website and I want to submit xml sitemap into yahoo search engine. Is there any simple way to get this done?

1. www webprogramminglab com
2. onlinemoviemastiandmagic blogspot com

Please help and sugget.

Right, create an account with Yahoo firstly, and then add your sites. lastly, authenticate you are the owner of that sites. :)

You need to submit .txt file to Yahoo not xml if you need help to create .txt file let me know.

i have been do it, submit to yahoo n msn, but when check my blog using checkpagerank.us etc, yahoo directories n msn is empty..

How soon? Because my site is in my signature, and Yahoo has found over 30 "inlinks" to my website, but it sitll refuses to index it. WHat gives?
