I am looking to have 1 more paypal apart from the general one to avoid fees problem!
I have to put on the same name?
Its legal?
I don't want to get my paypal account closed due to any problem.

Yes it's legal but you can only have one personal and the other a business/premier...

No, it's not legal. If PayPal finds out they will send the police to arrest you.

You have a mixed review here.
The facts are you may have two PayPal accounts. One personal and business/premier. This is per PayPal's TOS.
There are not any legal implications at all. You can have as many accounts as you want and not break any laws that I am aware of.
But if you break the TOS you can have your funds seized and your accounts closed per the agreement you agreed to when you signed up.

I don't give a rat's ass about what PayPal says, it's not illegal and it will never be.

No it is not illegal to have One Personal account and either one Premier or Business Account. You can do it. The TOS said it.

What are you talking about? It clearly states that you can have 1 personal and 1 business/premier.
