Well.. nice suggestions! As you have wanted to know experienced users' opinions, one can get a gCard in 2-3 days for less than $100. gCard makes it pretty easier to receive your funds from your PayPal account.
Hope this helps..

WHMTalK, can gcard be used for verification of paypal account?
No.. gCard can't be used to verify your PayPal account because it's a no name card. You can use your gCard Checking Account as an USA bank account to withdraw funds. Since PayPal to USA bank transfer is free, you can save too much money.
Once again, gCard can't be used to verify your PayPal account. What is your monthly online transaction? More than $500/Mo?? If yes, then you gotta verify your PayPal. Otherwise, you can withdraw upto $500/Mo using an unverified PayPal account.

BTW, If gCard can not be used to verify PayPal account then what is the main use you are doing?? I mean, from where you are transferring to gCard?

In simple words, gCard is an International ATM Card that can be used at any ATM around the world where Mastercard is accepted.
As far as the term "PayPal Payout Card" is concerned, you can transfer your PayPal fund to your gCard account and use your gCard on any ATM (where Mastercard is accepted) to withdraw your funds.
This way, you don't have to keep waiting for months to receive your PayPal check (that sometimes never reaches your door).
The graph is pretty simple: PayPal >> gCard >> ATM >> Cash in your hand

No, gCard will provide you with a US checking bank account number. You will add this checking bank account number to your paypal account as a US bank account & the funds you withdraw to it will be available on your gCard.

Man! How many instructions do you need in order to understand a simple stuff?
PayPal >> gCard >> ATM >> Cash <---
I don't think that it should be hard to understand now. :)
When you complete all the gCard verification process, they'll provide you a chequing account in USA. You'll have to add this account into your PayPal account as an USA bank account.
Once PayPal verifies that the chequing account is related to you, it'll allow you to transfer your PayPal funds to your gCard (your USA chequing account).
As soon as your PayPal fund reaches your gCard account, you can use your gCard at any ATM (that supports Mastercard) to withdraw all the funds.
Is there anything else left that you can't understand? :)

Yes, the same site.
Well.. don't you know that even if you are a PayPal merchant account holder, your clients will have to enter their credit card info on PayPal's site (if they don't have a PayPal account) ?
Now, why is this a problem if an Indian company has started the same service? And we must wait few months to see some improvements in the EBS services because it's a new launch.

PayPal merchant account holder
Paypal is not a merchant account provider, they are a third party payment processor. With a real merchant account, you can process sales on your own site or manually/batch.

You are lucky, pal!
I had more than $3500 in my verified PayPal account (in the starting months) and I kept waiting for months but the PayPal cheque didn't reach my door. The worst point about PayPal cheque is that they don't take any responsibility if the cheque reaches your door or not.
PayPal should have an option to send cheques using a popular courier service like FedEx (for some extra bucks).
gCard was my only option to receive my PayPal funds. Now I'm pretty happy after completing the gCard Verification Level 2 process.

I'm just trying to help people. Don't start jumping if you have got your FIRST PayPal cheque. If you can't buy gCard, you have no right to shout on other people for your helplessness.

How longer have you been on the Internet? Learn to respect others and DO USE YOUR BRAIN before commenting on other person's post.
As you can see, eXe and I are answering the questions that are being asked to us. If I'm sounding fishy according to you, forget about gCard. And hey! by the way, I never recommended you to buy gCard, did I? :p
I'm not an Internet newbie who have to edit his post thrice just to change his words.
Anyways, is eXe your buddy? ;) You didn't comment against him.
And listen, man! Can you see my signature? There is something like "Anger is useless.." if you can properly read it. :p

For them who have any doubt about me or I'm sounding fishy for them, I'll request to see if I've posted any gCard affiliate link either in my posts or in my signature. You can verify your account with a gcard. Not directly with the card but with the us account number you get. Then you can transfer the money to your account . After a couple of days you should see the money on your card in the gcard online account manager. You can then withdraw it from an atm that has the maestro / cirrus logo.

Any. The "bank" does not matter. As a matter of fact you can even use a UTI bank mastercard plastic at an HDFC ATM & vice versa as long as the ATM accepts mastercard.

I had written this post as i myself had to find scattered information for my queries... Thanks to DP and Other Forums i had all my douts cleared ( Not faced any other problem from paypal Yet: touchwood)
I recieved my credit card statement today and the amout $1.95 that Paypal Used For Verification had been converted to INR 93.65
Also I was refunded the $1.95 immediately on Paypal after My account was verified so No Problem there..
Today I was to withdraw another amount from there but the rate has dropped down past couple of days and i fear the conversion rate from paypal will be much lower too... so wait for any other payment from my clients and wait for higher revenue chance( I dont see it since markets are down everywhere)
I think i wont recieve the cheque by Diwali :(

This Post Is solution for Common Queries Regarding Paypal For Users From India. Also I request Experienced Paypal Users From Indiaa to Drop Down Their Experience and Suggestions Here.
1. For First Time Users:
You Can Register For Paypal Ofr Free Using Email Address.
You can Use Paypal without verifying your account with following restrictions:
1. Minimum Amount you can withdraw: $150
2. Maximum Amount You Can withdraw per month: $500 ($5 Will be deducted for cheque fees)
3. Total Amount You Can Withdraw: $3000
4. If You Need to send Any Amount To someone using Paypal, Total amount You can send $100.
5. If You are beginner use Primary Account However you can not get credit card or debit card payment s using this Account
6. If You are recieving Payments through cC or Debit Cards Upgrade to Premier account or Business account.
7. Convert To Business account only If you have a Business account with your bank...
For verification:
1. International Debit card Is not Usefull
2. You Need to have International Credit Card For Verification.
Add on Card On You Name will Be Ok
3. After Providing You credit card details $1.95 will be debited from your credit card.Which Will be credited in your paypal account on next withdrawal.
4. On Your Next Billing cycle of your creditcard you have to check the 4 digit number in your transaction details and provide the same to paypal only then yur account will be Verified.
Warning: If You Think Your Account will be verified instantly Please note:
It Requires a billing cycle of your credit card to get your 4 digit verification no . I had spent 20 restless days before getting my account verified.
Benefits of verification:
1. Monthly withdrawal limit increased too $2500
2. Sending limit removed.
Also Note that it takes 5-6 days for issuing cheque from Paypal
After the cheque is issued from paypal it takes atleast 7 days more to Your place.
The Cheque is Sent through indian post so you can expect a delay of more than 20 days to your place.
I had applied for cheque on 7th Spet and waiting for the cheque to reach me here in mumbai. Hope to recieve it soon.

Hi,
Can anyone give me info about prepaid online cards? How that they be used to verify paypal account?
Some people say that it is not safe to give credit card info at paypal as the identities of paypal users including credit card numbers are being stolen from there. What is your opinion on that?
Is there any option to verify account apart from gCARD and credit card verification?
Is there any way to track missed or delayed cheque payments sent by paypal ?

I don't think they're stolen directly from paypal's databases. Only if you're stupid enough to fall for a phishing email.
Is there any way to track missed or delayed cheque payments sent by paypal ?
Not to India.

Not for Indian users.

You can use a relative's credit card:) Ideally the relative's last name is supposed to be the same as your last name to get through the name verification but this does not actually make a difference with paypal.

Well.. nice suggestions! As you have wanted to know experienced users' opinions, one can get a gCard in 2-3 days for less than $100. gCard makes it pretty easier to receive your funds from your PayPal account.
Hope this helps..
What I see in FAQ
How do I add money to my card?
You can transfer money to your card over the Internet or at your bank. Please see the methods below:
- DDA Direct Deposit Account (Payroll)
- International Bank Transfer (Wire, Swift, IBAN, etc.)
- European Instant Bank Transfer (European ACH)
- e-gold (Instant Automatic loading system)
- SwiftPay Cash Western Union.
- Cash Deposit ConveniaLoad.
- Cash Deposit Ukash.
- gCard to gCard (card-to-card transfer)
- ACH Purchase (Automatic Clearing House)
It is not written that u can use paypal to load Money

gCard will provide you with a US checking bank account number, which you'll need to add to your paypal account as a bank account. Then, wehn you withdraw money to this "bank account", the funds will be available on Gcard.

Any Credit Card from Any Bank as long as they are Visa / Mster Or American Express card are easy to verify.
For Visa or master card
Once You Recieve the card All You have to do is to submit the last three digit printed on the back of the card.
Just A Reminder it should be an Intl credit card.
Which would be in 90 % of the case with banks like HSBC / HDFC/ ICICI/ SBI etc.
Also now a days it is easy to have a CC from any of the above banks . All You Need is a Savings Bank Account and A Pan card . Also Income proof if Possible ( Not necessary).
I had My card as an add on from My mothers Card which was Provided As lifetime free by HDFC Bank.
Hope This Clears Your Dout.

Aakash

There's no harm requesting a cheque having an unverified account. If the cheque gets lost in transit, you can contact paypal after 45 days and request them to credit the amount back to your paypal account.

Actually, the transit time for paypal, adsense & stormpay cheques sent via regular mail is pretty much the same... The only difference being paypal takes about 4 days to actually dispatch the cheque after you request it.

Thanks eXe for the reply...not at the same time means do I have to close the first varified account if I want to varify the other one with the same bank information?
What happen actually is that in my premium paypal account is opened in my first name and last name (I missed my middle name). But in my bank information I have all the three names. What I want is varify the premium PP and transfer all balance to my new personal account with the exact name as my Bank information and then varify my personal PP after closing the premium PP...
Is this feasible?

It was in news last year during powersellers meet in mumbai. ( now i am no longer part of ebay india ) though if that would have happened then we could recieve the cheque on the 3rd-5th day itself after release.
The only difference is paypal sends cheque through citibank and paisa pay sneds it through HDFC bank.

One PP Question!
I just am confused with the PP name I have. Actuall my PP name is a little bit different from my Bank Account name. Like my PP name is "xxxx yyyy". But my Bank Account name is "zzzz xxxx yyyy". I have already ordered a PP cheque and still waiting but when I met the bank manager and ask about that, he told me to get another cheque with the same name:(
What I wanted to know is that, can I add a "zzzz" to my PP cheque at the time when I request it, cos the first name field seems to be modifiable in the withraw money page...
Have anyone tried this? Please gimme some clue...

Yep, you can add it.... i have callled for the cheque on my name once from my sisters account.
The cheque will look like it's for zzz yyy xxx if you add 'zzz yyy' in the first name field.
P.S - ask paypal to stop the cheque, now itself instead of waiting for it to come and the bank not allowing it... they will deduct $15 from the amount though as charges.

What is gcard ? and how to get it ? it is offered by any bank ? tell me i am new bie please..

You are lucky then. But may be there is chance in your next future transaction that you will get below given message
Xoom.com has refunded this transaction, as the intended money transfer has been identified as Intra-India, which is not permissible by Indian law.

Are you sure your recieving limit is $500 or your withrawal limit is $500 per month? If you are sure that you have $500 receiving limit then your account must be personal paypal account. You can increase it by upgrading your account to premier or business account. Upgrading an account to premier account does not require a CC too;)
Here is a quote from Paypal User Agrement for your convinience:
This $500.00 USD cap is based on the account sign-up date, and is reset each month. Once you have reached your monthly limit, the payment will have a Pending status, and you will need to upgrade to a Premier or Business account to accept the payment. If a payment is Pending based on your having reached your Receiving Limit and your limit is reset, the payment will remain Pending until you have upgraded your account or denied the payment. If you refund a payment, your Receiving Limit will not be reset for the amount of the payment.

No.. gCard can't be used to verify your PayPal account because it's a no name card.
But in the gcard and other international debit card sites they say that you can verify Paypal account with debit card by adding it in the add bank option to verify

Your CC last name should be same , you can use your family CC where last name is same, i think it is ok even if your name is different many of my friends are verified by friends CC. Enrolling your self for verification they deduct 1.95$ from your CC and put it your paypal balance they just do a little transaction of 1.95$ and on your monthly CC statement you will see 4 digit code written with transaction by paypal. you need to put that code in paypal account after enrolling your self for expanded user programme (verification). and you will be verified. verification is simple , the time factor depends on how early you get the CC statement if you put your CC for verification.
and about delivery you can select special delivery that will cost you 25$ ll be deducted from your paypal balance. and about receiving cheque in indian RS the current rate is 43RS=1$ , you must be selected your country as India.
