I don't think so. There are some scripts, but they are $100 or more. I run a entertainment site, and I finally just started using php and making 1/2 automated.

I haven't seen a free script like that. You can check at hotscripts.com. There are some paid ones there.

my opinion - you WILL NOT find script like this
The main reason - their site is high traffic and manually optimised.
For $100 you will get rude clone, which will be failed after thousand visitors.
Developing of similar system will cost you $XXXX-$XXXXX - it's life true.
