It doesn't work. It is just an affiliate rebill offer.

It says it cost $2.99 but if you don't cancel within the 7 or whatever amount of days, you get billed somewhere around $80 every month.

you pay "shipping and handling" and you are rebilled $70 (or whatever amount) if you don't cancel after 7 days and you keep getting rebilled.. (read the fine print :o)
