Why Google Traffic is more than Yahoo and MSN

Hello,

When I checked on my Statistics, Google traffic is always more than Yahoo and MSN alot.

I really want to know some tricks on how to get traffic on Yahoo and MSN.

I know some tips on Google already based on what I read from this forum including Article and Directory submission.

Any tips is appreciated.

Simply because there are more people who use Google search than Yahoo and MSN..

Yeah its true, statisticly at my site all traffic that comes to my site 78% come from google and the rest from yahoo/bing/ask/ etc.

You should not be drawing such conclusions by comparing the traffics from each of them!
Google is far the leader in search segment and it is very obvious to send you more traffic than the rest, simply because more people are using it! :)

The reason is because more people use google than any other search engine.
I don't worry about traffic from yahoo or bing, more than 80% of the users use google, so that is what I focus on.

Wait until Bing gets close to Google, then you can have some more traffic from them.

yes definitely most people use google rather than yahoo and msn.most people prefer google search engine than msn and yahoo.that is why we get more trafic from google.:)

The simplest and most effective answer to this query is that Google is quite possibly the largest and most used SE on the web right now, so how do you expect NOT to get any traffic from google? :P Kinda makes sense doesn't it? Apart from that, while google will give you loads and loads of traffic you just need to understand that Yahoo and Bing IMO will give you higher conversion rates are compared to Google that is if your site is a Niche based site :)

Beta plans don't matter when it comes to searching, the main factor for any search engine to gain popularity is to provide RELEVENT results and so far Google's been the top of the chain :)

Maximum People use Google.. simple..
And it's like google's Spiders and indexing technique is also better than MSN & yahoo..
My blogger's Blog doesn't even appears @ MSN's Bing.. don't know why lol..

The thing is that eventually you might see a rise in Traffic from Yahoo that is if you decide to optimize your site for Yahoo rather then Google :)

Because google is easier to use and it have a clean layout which makes it easier for people to search for websites.

Google provides the most relevant searches results. That's people stay away from Yahoo and Bing.
