I applied to be an affiliate on thurs/fri i think and they sent me a confirmation of my application saying they would respond in 2 business days.

My application was 95% similar to applications that have gotten me approved at CJ, AMAZON, CB, LINKSHARE, MAXBOUNTY. So im guessing azoogleads is denying me... :(

are they more picky with their affiliates... can anyone point me to a contact who i can pitch myself to, i make decent money for mercanhants on CJ, and Amazon, idont use the rest as much :)

They took a few days to respond to me and they denied me because I had a private domain name registration, but they had a phone number to call to review my app.

I called and went through a few more hoops and I was approved.

It was a bit of a process but I imagine they want to make sure apps are legit and people are who they say they are.

Curious - why would they deny you because of your private domain name registration?

I would imagine they don't like private registration because they can't match the website to the applicant. If they can't do that then anyone can find a privately registered domain and claim that it's theirs. :eek:

Just call them up guys, that is what I did.

I applied on last monday, got a reply on wednesday to fill out information about my sites etc., replied back on Saturday and got approved today, monday (1 week later).

Am I just lucky or are they getting lax?

they definately do take longer to accept you than regular networks... but i actually did get accepted (eventually) and even made a decent sum on ringtones....
