Hello guys I need help from you.

I uploaded a picture to my blog.

now it has hot link to my blog

Something like this

When i use this link in other forums ,website will it increase my page rank.

i.e is it a type of backlinking.

I didn't find any "hot link" so no it won't benefit you as far as link building. If you manage to link the image back to your site than it would have some value but make sure you at least include an alt tag with the website keywords.

People hotlinking an image from blogpost blog are not linking back to your subdomain at all. It won't contribute to your blog's PR.

Yes! you can have backlink for it.. but it depends if its high pr link then it can enhance your PR little abit

it will not increase your site's ranking but it will help your image to rank. good ranking images show up on organic search results as google now returns images, videos, news results, and blogposts on the fron page search results. your image may also show higher on image search when someone searches for image with your image keyword
