How to buy a domain, suggest...

I have been looking for a domain for 1 year, which was earlier costing $500, now the page is removed and i think this Domain can be get cheaper now, but the whois profile of the company is now clearly shown, and i am unable to find the registrar. Now if i apporach Godaddy (currently i am on godaddy), they will cut me for a good amount, i am not disclosing that domain for reason b/c anyone can buy and sell me heavily afterthat...

what shd i do in this situation..... pls.suggest domain experts.

See if it is privacy protected then you can approach to some know registrar (may be in frnd circle if you hve) and ask him to get info if possible. Also please try sending the mail to the privacy protection mail ID give as many times it gets delievered to the right guy.

Else you can PM me the domain name I can help you out in telling how much it will cost approximatly and will try to figure out who actually own the domain.
