If it were me...I would increase focus on the menu, and display less content on the main page. I think that by having all of that you lose visitor focus, and it just kind of turns into a mess.

If it was me, I would make the green game zone section go all the way across to the left, and increase the font size. Then drop the quick game menu below it still on the left though. Then I would reduce the number of top games, and latest games listed while maybe increasing font size. I'd get rid of the top gamers section all together. And finally I would create some kind of seperation from your site intro and the google ad. I didn't even bother reading it at first because I thought it was part of the ad. You want that space clear an consistent so your users have a regular place to look for any types of messages you would like to relay...like check out this new game! Just some ideas...
