my style, clear and nice :)

except I don't find any connection between tea and green blocks, I understand that you wanted to have a leaf there but......

I'd suggest you put there a picture of a nice leaf then write The Tea Forum and it'll look much better (in my opinion)

the header part takes up too much space, maybe if you change the logo and please it a bit differently, the space will loosen up

move the top adsense under the header, it'll bring you more income :) make it feel to be a menu

there is too much free space in the bottom under "New posts No new posts Forum is locked ", maybe you wanna correct it

put some keywords and description in the HTML for future SEO purposes

overall, well done, good luck with the project

The bottom table seems broken in latest FF, OSX. The image wont load and the background is obstructing the words.
