Hi. I have this website: www.acnetreatmentsreviewed.com (http://www.acnetreatmentsreviewed.com). I've done some promotion and I've got about 40 visitors per day. But the stats indicate that they're leaving the first page way too fast, under 2 seconds :(
I realize that something has to be changed. Any suggestions?

Maybe to add more nice pictures for those products like ZENMED® Derma Cleanse® System.
Also, consider to change the color of background at left and right "frame" to be less grey (more light blue I think would fit the existing images better).

Thanks for the tip. You're absolutely right, a hint of blue looks much better, any other suggestions?

Could be bots leaving your page that fast.

Surely they're not bots. I've advertised on a social network site..

Using the product names as links to product info, it's hard to see where you can click to proceed further into the site IMO
Didn't even realise it, when I click into the pages such as
http://www.acnetreatmentsreviewed.com/acne/treatment/benzoyl-peroxide.php
No content loads, I also get a browser error. I tried all 3 products/treatments and all 3 of them loaded like this.

The fact that you labeled your google ads at the top "Acne Treatments".
Change that quickly before someone reports you for not using the correct heading for google adsense ads.
Now, have live links on the products shown on the front page.
So people can buy the products.

Thanks for your input, good point on the continuity... as for the page loading problems, I guess the server had a small problem, the links are working fine now..

But that's actually the page title, I mean, that's what I meant it to be..
As for the products, will add them soon, thanks!

I thought MFAs are sites with no content, just with adsense ads.. if you're saying I started the site because I want to make money through adsense that's correct, but don't we all have the same goal? I know the site has to improve, that's why I started this thread so instead of making a pointless comment, why not join in and share your thoughts on how to make the site better?

i would seperate the content from the google ads a bit better. the page looks like a giant ad. Also add longer (paragraphs) descriptions to each of those acne treatments instead of one phrase each; users will be inclined to stick around a few more seconds to read.

your benzoil peroxide links should be blue underlined (if you want people to click them). also add a description paragraph to each acne treatment. describe the functions of each (4-5 sentences). then place the adsense links below each of the boxes... too bad you cant have adsense links that are ads for those exact same 3 products.... or maybe thats the key: your site keywords should be so specific to those three products that your adsense links would also display ads related to only those 3 products. people will then be more inclined to read the little description tidbit and click thru the adsense ad to find more pages about the product (earning you money, duh). heh good luck interpreting my jumbleliyishness.

Good advice, thanks for the input.. about adding adsense links below each of the boxes... google states that only 3 adsense links are allowed per page :(

I dont think the page has enough content. When i first looked at it all i saw were ads and i couldn't really get a feel for any valuable information. It looks like a commercial site. Work on adding something informative to draw them into the subject matter with some stats about the condition or a new study.
